According to his speech on McTv today, the Delivery Service has come to reduce the stress of every individuals specifically in Volta and Oti. 

He further explained that the MC Delivery Service don't charge for In and Out, charges are based on the Distance, Value & Weight starting from GHc1 and above. So every Customers are only to pay for their Deliveries.
